The Hack Pack was written by Dr Jennifer Hazel, and includes clinically proven techniques from a number of psychological therapies. This self-help document can start you off on thinking about how you think, what that does to your feelings, and how you can tweak those thoughts to live a more fulfilling life. There’s something in there for everyone. Best of all, it’s completely free. All we need is your email address!
